Payment Terms

All stable fees and other service fees are due at time of visit.

For saddles:

50% Deposit is due at the time of order. Remaining balance is due at time of delivery. If a new saddle is being shipped, payment will be due before shipping. Deposits for orders canceled withing 10 days from order date will be refunded minus any service fees due. After 10 days, the deposit becomes non-refundable.


Due to the nature of these products, there may be slight variations in each finished piece. The saddle companies reserve the right to make slight alterations which may be required and deemed necessary during manufacturing. I recommend that a new saddle be checked approximately 6-12 weeks of use as the wool will settle to your horse’s shape. Appointment fees will apply. Is is the responsibility of the buyer to set up any future appointments. 

Delivery Time

Please allow 8-12 weeks from date of confirmation for the delivery of a new saddle. Sometimes, due to circumstances beyond our control, delivery schedules may vary.

Return Policy

Upon delivery of the saddle, the buyer has 14 days to trial the saddle. Should the buyer not be happy with the saddle, it can be returned at the buyers expense within 14 days to me for a full or partial refund. The appointment fee is non-refundable. Saddle must be returned in new condition free of any damage. A $50 cleaning fee will be applied should the saddle or cover need to be cleaned. A $50 fee will be applied to saddles being returned without a cover. Any damages will be deducted accordingly. After 14 days, a refund will not be offered. All used accessories are non-returnable.

All steps will be taken to ensure a proper saddle fit. It, by some circumstances a proper fit cannot be achieved, either a new saddle will be made, or a refund may be issued. Please remember that many different circumstances can change how a saddle fits including (but not limited to) time of year, training program, barn changes, etc.


Manufacturer warranties apply to all new saddles.
